Sprawna obsługa techniczna konferencji zaczyna się na długo przed wejściem pierwszego gościa. Nie dobieramy sprzętu w oderwaniu od scenariusza: analizujemy miejsce, format wydarzenia, pracę sceny, potrzeby prelegentów i ruch uczestników. Dzięki temu technika wspiera program, a organizator może skupić się na gościach i celu wydarzenia.

Nagłośnienie konferencji
Dobieramy system nagłośnienia do wielkości i akustyki sali. Zapewniamy mikrofony bezprzewodowe, nagłowne i pulpitowe, odsluch dla prelegentów oraz realizatora dźwięku przez całe wydarzenie. Przy panelach i sesjach Q&A dbamy o to, by każdy głos był dobrze słyszalny na sali i w transmisji.
Oświetlenie i scena
Projektujemy światło sceniczne, funkcjonalne i dekoracyjne: od czytelnego oświetlenia prelegenta po efektowne światło na galach. Budujemy sceny, podesty i konstrukcje dopasowane do sali lub terenu plenerowego, z zachowaniem zasad bezpieczeństwa.
Ekrany LED i multimedia
Dostarczamy ekrany LED, projektory i monitory odsluchowe dla prelegentów. Prowadzimy realizację obrazu: prezentacje, materiały wideo, obraz z kamer i grafiki wydarzenia. Każdy plik testujemy przed startem, aby prezentacje uruchamiały się bez opóźnień.
Streaming i wydarzenia hybrydowe
Realizujemy transmisje online i konferencje hybrydowe: wielokamerową realizację, streaming na wybraną platformę, łączenie prelegentów zdalnych oraz nagranie materiału do wykorzystania po wydarzeniu.

What if equipment fails during the event?
We bring backup equipment to every event, including emergency power such as a generator. Our technicians monitor the equipment throughout and fix any fault immediately.
