Do you organise transport and accommodation for participants?
Yes. We organise guest transport, e.g. coaches or airport transfers, and help book accommodation. Participants receive clear travel information from us.

How far in advance should conference preparations start?
For events with more than 200 participants, ideally 3–6 months before the date.

Do you only work in Wrocław and Lower Silesia?
No, we organise events across Poland and, at the client's request, abroad. Our office is in Wrocław and we coordinate suppliers and subcontractors in every region.

Yes. We supply and operate sound, lighting, stages, LED screens and projectors, with sound and lighting engineers on site.
