An intensive day exploring entering the EU and US markets: choosing an entry model (distributor, marketplace, or own company), regulations and compliance, customs and Incoterms, logistics and fulfillment, order financing, pricing and margins. We'll discuss cultural differences in sales, entry strategies for Amazon/retailers, and building a partner network. In the practical portion, we'll create a list of documents and certificates, a trade show/roadshow plan, and negotiation scenarios. You'll leave with an export checklist, ready-made contract templates, a cost calculator, and a list of potential brokers and advisors.
