We’ve delivered hundreds of projects — from intimate conferences to major events — so we can anticipate challenges and resolve them quickly. How we work?

Timeline and responsibilities

We agree a clear plan: who does what and by when. You’ll have a single PM and clear, easy-to-follow milestones.

Production

We coordinate the technical crew and subcontractors, and run tests and rehearsals.

Project and budget

We create the run sheet, select AV (audio-visual) and plan logistics. On request, we’ll provide a budget in good / better / best tiers.

On-site delivery

We work behind the scenes, react fast, with plan B and C. After the event: a short summary with insights.

Brief and goals

We begin with a short call and agree the KPIs. If we see a better format than in the brief, we’ll suggest it immediately.

Post-event evaluation

We ask for feedback, send a short satisfaction survey, and use it to improve next time.
