For nearly 20 years, we have been combining the experience of industry veterans with the energy of young talent.

We have completed hundreds of projects – from small conferences to large events – so we can anticipate challenges

and solve them effectively. We produce business events and take joint responsibility for the outcome.

How do we work?

Brief and goals

We start with a short conversation and establish KPIs. If we see a better format than the brief, we propose it immediately.

Design and cost estimate

We create a script, select AV (audio-video) equipment, and plan logistics. Upon request, we provide a cost estimate with good/better/best options.

Schedule and responsibilities

We establish a clear plan: who, what, and when. You have a single PM on your side and clear milestones.

Production

We coordinate the technical team and subcontractors, and perform tests and trials.

On-site implementation

We operate in the background, react quickly, and have plans B and C. After the event, you receive a short summary with conclusions.

Post-event evaluation

We ask for feedback, send a short satisfaction survey and draw conclusions for the future.
