Wrocław has once again become a key location for Polish business and technology events. This year's ninth edition of Made in Wrocław, held under the slogan "Power of Synergy," demonstrated how collaboration between diverse communities—from science, through business, to local government—can inspire and generate new ideas and viable projects.

Made in Wrocław 2025 took place on October 15-16 at the Wrocław Congress Centre next to Centennial Hall – a venue that perfectly serves as a stage for large conferences, expo zones, and business meetings. This year's motto, "Power of Synergy," has been the program's conceptual framework from the very beginning: discussions about the economy of the future, digital technology, artificial intelligence, collaboration between science, business, and startups, as well as what knowledge exchange means in practice.

The stage featured both panel discussions and lectures from global experts. Professor Michał Kosiński of Stanford University opened the conference with a lecture on the impact of artificial intelligence on society and organizations, giving the event a strong, substantive start.

As part of Made in Wrocław, participants had the opportunity to take part in:

• conferences with international experts and industry leaders;

• the Expo zone, presenting innovations, prototypes and modern technologies – from robots, through industrial solutions, to startup projects and inventions of Lower Silesian companies;

• VC Demo Day and Tech Gala, which were an opportunity for investors, entrepreneurs and creators of innovative solutions to meet;

As the Work Group Events team, we were responsible for the technical and production aspects of Made in Wrocław 2025 , ensuring the event's program and content could fully shine without disruption. In practice, this meant:

• thorough planning and technical coordination of the entire conference and expo space,

• stage, sound, lighting and visualization implementation,

• technical logistics for speakers, discussion panels and demonstration zones,

• support in the implementation of transmissions and session changes,

• coordination of implementation teams on site.

  
  

For us, it was crucial that the technical elements of the event were transparent, so that participants could focus on what was most important: inspiration, relationships, and new ideas.

Made in Wrocław 2025 proved that when knowledge, people, and innovation come together, a space where real action is created. The conference demonstrated that collaboration isn't just a buzzword, but tangible results of networking, experience sharing, and partnerships that can have a real impact on the development of the region and the world of technology.
