The Miners' Beer Tavern (Górnicza Karczma Piwna) is a community gathering deeply rooted in mining culture, combining beer feasting, miners' songs, humor, and a sense of community. At these events, participants divide into groups, participate in competitions, and bond over a shared table, often celebrating St. Barbara's Day and the end of the mining season. Shared songs and conversations are an important part of the experience, emphasizing the professional and social bonds within the mining community .

Scope of technical implementation

Work Group Events was responsible for the technical production and coordination of the implementation of Górnicza Karczma Piwna 2025 , taking into account the specificity of the event, high attendance and working conditions in the multifunctional facility:

• Sound system preparation and operation – adapting audio systems to the required scale of the event in the auditorium.

• Lighting implementation – design and installation of lighting supporting both the official part and the stage elements of the event.

• Organization of technical support – preparation of technical infrastructure, stands and media in accordance with the needs of the event.

• Coordination of implementation on the day of the event – synchronization of technical work with the course of the event and cooperation with the facility staff.

Working in such a large space as the RCS Hall requires very good planning, knowledge of the facility and close cooperation with the client and facility staff to ensure stable technical conditions throughout the event.

Producing a large-scale team-building event

The Beer Tavern is an event that combines formal and team-building elements, preserving miner ceremonial and rituals – from the anthem, through table singing, to toasts and shared moments of feasting. Holding such an event in an auditorium required Work Group Events to maintain a high level of technical support, ensuring the atmosphere and smooth running of the event met the expectations of both participants and the organizer.

Conclusions from the implementation of Work Group Events

The implementation of Górnicza Karczma Piwna 2025 is an example of the complex technical production of a team-building event , combining stage, logistical, and organizational requirements. For Work Group Events, this project demonstrates their ability to work in multi-functional venues, with large numbers of participants, and to work closely with the organizer while maintaining the event's unique character.
